1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using xplc.shop, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

2. Products & Pricing

All products listed are industrial automation spare parts. Prices are provided upon quotation only — we do not display fixed prices on the website. All quotations are valid for 15 days unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing based on market conditions and availability.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment. We accept wire transfer (T/T), Letter of Credit (L/C) for orders above US$5,000, and PayPal for orders under US$2,000. Payment terms for established customers: Net 30 upon credit approval.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide via DHL Express, FedEx Priority, and UPS Worldwide Express. Handling time is 24 hours for in-stock items. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. Shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.

5. Warranty

All products carry a 12-month warranty from date of delivery against manufacturing defects. Warranty covers component failure under normal operating conditions. Excludes: physical damage, liquid ingress, ESD damage, incorrect installation, use outside rated specifications, and damage from lightning or power surges.

6. Returns & Refunds

Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. A restocking fee of 15% may apply. Defective products are covered under warranty with advance replacement available for critical applications. Custom or special-order items are non-returnable.

7. Limitation of Liability

PLC Parts Direct's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for consequential damages including lost production, downtime, or installation costs. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify compatibility before purchase.

8. Intellectual Property

All product names, logos, and brands are property of their respective owners. PLC Parts Direct is an independent distributor and is not an authorized distributor for any manufacturer listed on this site unless explicitly stated.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Hong Kong under HKIAC rules.
