Why We Test Every GE F35 Before Shipping

In the industrial surplus market, "tested" can mean anything from "we opened the box and it looks fine" to "we powered it up and the LED came on." Neither of those is a real test. A real test means applying calibrated input signals and verifying the correct output responses across the full operating range. It means running the module at elevated temperature for long enough to catch the early-life failures that would otherwise happen on your production floor.

When we ship a GE F35, it has been through: visual inspection for physical damage or tampering, power-up on a live GE rack with correct backplane voltage, signal injection and verification on every channel (where applicable), communication port testing, and 48 hours of continuous operation at 55°C ambient. A printed test report with the serial number, test date, technician ID, and all measured values accompanies every shipment.
